Onto pleasanter things...
Katie made me this cute mini table runner and Holly sent me flowers.
John put up this laser thing in the garage so I know just how far to drive my car in. See the little red dot?
John made some super delicious ribs on his new smoker.
I FINALLY got the trim painted in the office.
And my new old screen door that my mom and I stripped and painted three years ago FINALLY got hung up.
I had a great birthday. Katie made me a breakfast sandwich and put my coffee in this mug that usually says, I (heart) my wife. As I was eating, she said, "Your 43 today right mom?" And I said, "Why, yes I am."
Sam and I ran errands together in Bellingham and I took him out to lunch. I even had presents to open after supper! I felt very loved and very spoiled - 43 is going to be a good year!
